Crimson Iris

This is a fictional plant I call the Crimson Iris. It is encountered by Patrice Hopkins in my story. They are a weed in my version of Louisiana. What's worse, though, is that pollen they produce causes vertebrates to experience nightmarish hallucinations. In other words, do NOT use this flower in a bouquet.
